You will be responsible for:

  • conducting conversations with clients to identify their business needs and offering tailored solutions in a convincing manner;
  • creating personalized offers and sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services;
  • negotiating contracts and collaboration terms with clients;
  • monitoring and analyzing sales results, identifying market trends, and recommending corrective actions;
  • building relationships with clients from scratch (you don’t need to schedule meetings, our team will do it for you!).

We expect:

  • a minimum of 3 years of experience (ideally 5+) in a similar position within the IT industry;
  • ease in conducting sales presentations and effective negotiations;
  • deep understanding of the IT market and customer needs;
  • ability to build relationships with clients from scratch (both domestically and internationally) and provide them with personalized solutions;
  • good work organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • proficiency in English (C1 level);
  • proactivity – we are looking for someone who values results and takes initiative.

    ⭐ Nice to have: knowledge of German (sufficient for client communication).
