About the project
MyBenefit belongs to the European Benefit Systems capital group; the creator of the most popular cafeteria platform in Poland. It offers services to several thousands of partners. It is the first in Poland and the biggest, from the perspective of its benefits’ offer, cafeteria – a type of platform.
Challenges
The cafeteria is the basic module of the company's activity. Challenges included a holistic approach to the project: the restoration of the module to the desired effect, the analysis of new requirements, and their logic design, implementation, testing, and training of the target customer users.
Solutions
fireup.pro team's main task was to reactivate the project created for one of the main clients of MyBenefit. We worked on standardizing paths to purchase and developing subscription benefits modules. While making the project we took an active part in starting a new module in customer’s premises.

Results
In our everyday work, we offer professional consultancy based on the previous experience of the team. Thanks to a holistic approach to the project, we restored the main cafeteria module to its functioning. The implementation of the new functionalities and its testing were delivered successfully. Finally, we trained some of the key customer users.
