At fireup.pro, as a Product Owner, you will design and manage the development of cloud systems that have a real impact on patient health and well-being — from advanced medical applications to complex diagnostic platforms, including those for the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and translating customer needs into user stories within the Agile SAFe methodology framework. Your tasks will include collaborating with multifunctional international teams, managing the product backlog, and ensuring compliance with medical industry regulations.

You will be responsible for:

Managing product roadmaps and development strategies for cloud products in the healthcare sector, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Defining and prioritizing the product backlog using SAFe methodology, ensuring transparency and clarity for all teams.
Gathering functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, considering data security and patient privacy aspects.
Collaborating with scrum teams (UI/UX, architecture, engineering) on product definition, with emphasis on security and integrity of medical solutions.
Conducting refinement and user story planning sessions within the Agile Release Train, supporting value delivery to users.
Accepting product increments during sprint reviews and taking responsibility for „definition of done” compliant with medical industry standards.
Collaborating with business stakeholders and international teams regarding compliance with regulations and industry standards.

We expect:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in the product lifecycle, with at least 5+ years in product management roles.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sector and managing medical device products.
Experience in English-language projects in global organizations (B2B/B2B2C).
English proficiency at C1 level.
SAFe certifications or other Agile certifications will be an additional asset.
Knowledge of IT standards and regulations for healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, MDR) will be a significant advantage.
