⭐ Classification: SENIOR

You will be responsible for:

developing applications and implementing functional requirements provided by the client;
implementing tests at various levels: unit, integration, component, contract, functional, and performance;
fixing bugs;
creating necessary documentation;
monitoring progress and ensuring project goals are met to achieve desired outcomes;
supporting the team through your daily engagement and effective communication – because we value a friendly and productive work environment;
managing the team, including task delegation.

We expect:

at least five years of experience in developing solutions using Java;
ability to write testable code (TDD, BDD);
proficiency with the Git version control system;
experience with the Spring framework;
knowledge of AWS cloud services;
familiarity with the Scrum methodology;
independence in researching and utilizing new tools;
strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage your own work and delegate tasks effectively;
high-level communication skills (we value soft skills);
fluency in both English and Polish.
