QA Mobile Engineer

At fireup.pro, as a QA Mobile Engineer, you will design and test systems that have a real impact on how companies operate — from complex logistics platforms to advanced industry-specific systems, including those for the medical sector. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing testing processes to ensure the highest software quality. Your tasks will include collaborating with project teams, creating and maintaining performance and accessibility tests, and ensuring product compliance with business requirements and healthcare industry standards.

You will be responsible for:

Set up a wide range of testing scenarios covering plenty of variations
Compose clear test cases for both manual and automated testing
Create and execute test plans for our products and features
Develop, maintain and execute automated UI tests
Mentor and collaborate with other QA engineers to foster a culture of quality and share best practices in testing
Ensure that all test procedures are well documented
Take responsibility for the quality of our products in interdisciplinary teams with developers, product owners, designers, automation engineers and the medical team

We expect:

At least 3 years of work experience in software testing in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience with mobile UI automation tools like Appium, Cucumber/Gherkin and Serenity BDD
Manual testing experience on mobile applications across devices and operating systems
Excellent critical thinking and a “big picture” perspective
Ability to be versatile and to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies

We will additionally appreciate:

Experience with or knowledge of diabetes
Experience with medical devices or in the healthcare domain
Familiarity with the Screenplay Pattern
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for running automated tests
Experience with API testing tools
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
