QA Engineer (Test Automation)

At fireup.pro, as a QA Engineer, you will design and test systems that have a real impact on how companies operate — from complex logistics platforms to advanced industry-specific systems, including those for the medical sector. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing testing processes to ensure the highest software quality. Your tasks will include collaborating with project teams, creating and maintaining performance and accessibility tests, and ensuring product compliance with business requirements and healthcare industry standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Create and maintain automated tests (including performance and accessibility using Java, Selenium/Selenide, Junit5, RestAssured)) in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Design testing strategies suitable for multi-team environments within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct performance testing using tools Jmeter with the use of Groovy to ensure system reliability and efficiency in healthcare applications.
- Analyze test results, report bugs, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, ensuring patient safety and data integrity.
- Implement testing processes using CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild) to streamline deployment in healthcare environments.
- Test REST APIs using RestAssured, ensuring secure and compliant data exchange.
- Work within agile methodologies – SAFe – Scaled agile framework.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and international project teams to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
We expect:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in English-speaking projects.
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.
- Certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is highly desirable.

- Ability to present results and support teams in using appropriate tools.
- Critical thinking, the ability to advocate for ideas, and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience working in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and independence.
