At fireup.pro, as a Product Owner you will lead product initiatives in an enterprise environment, working closely with Backend and DevOps teams on the platform foundations that must be scalable, secure, and ready for further growth. You work where decisions are made together, communication is direct, and your role has a real impact on the product direction. You will be responsible for:

managing the backlog and priorities for two teams: Backend and DevOps
coordinating the platform transformation in the areas of authentication, authorization, and access management
working with the Backend team on business logic, integrations, and changes in platform services
working with the DevOps team on infrastructure, deployments, automation, and maintenance
stakeholder management in an enterprise environment, including ongoing communication with architects and product teams to ensure smooth adoption of the solution
ensuring transparency of goals, dependencies, risks, and progress so that delivery is predictable
working in agile processes within a large organization, including Scrum and SAFe

We expect:

experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an IT environment, preferably in a large organization or large scale projects
practical ability to work with technical team backlogs: prioritization, refinement, acceptance, scope communication
experience working with engineering teams, including Backend and/or DevOps
very strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders on both the business and technical sides
experience with Scrum, SAFe knowledge is a plus
English at a minimum C1 level

We additionally value:

experience in platform domains: Identity, security, access, integrations, migrations, or system transformations
experience in a regulated environment (e.g., HealthTech, FinTech) or projects with high security and compliance requirements
