Key Account Manager

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing key accounts and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and international partners
  • Identifying and driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Overseeing development teams and ensuring smooth client collaboration
  • Co-creating the sales strategy and expanding our partner network
  • Preparing commercial offers and closing sales
  • Handling documentation, reviewing contracts, and overseeing administrative flow
  • Analyzing the market and competition, and reporting regularly

We expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of the IT market and client needs
  • A proactive, self-driven approach to finding and creating business opportunities
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience in preparing and negotiating service contracts
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations and lead effective negotiations
  • Regular client and partner engagement, and close collaboration with internal teams
  • Fluent communication in Polish and English
  • Excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
