Enhancing financial services in a nutshell
We have supported our Client by developing a platform that incorporates expertise from multiple banking transformation programs around the world, combining core banking processes with powerful architecture and market-leading banking products.
Background
Our main aim was development of the platform that would foster our Client's cross-border expansion, a.o. in the USA, where the banking market still offers a very high potential for technological growth.
Solution
We implemented a backend module for banking processes. We continued to migrate it to new architecture using Java 8, Oracle, Maven, and Camunda.
Results
Our Client no longer needs to rely on third-party providers and gained greater autonomy in the financial market. We delivered the fully-fledged banking platform that is prepared to scale in the new architecture.
About the client
Axxiome is a global provider of the financial services in the FinTech sector. The company offers advisory in banking and insurance, focusing on reducing the complexity of financial operations and data analysis.
The challenges
Most banking systems are usually based on several external systems. As a result, banks use separate systems to issue credit cards, setting up banking accounts, etc. Our Client strived for having a universal banking platform that would allow for running all financial operations in one place.
The project's phases
Shaping processes
As the first step, we helped our Client to shape the processes that would enable efficient banking operations within the system. We handled platform integration with external banking services, such as opening a bank account.
Fully functional platform
We enriched the platform with the variety of crucial functionalities and helped in acquiring new providers. As an outcome, we made the platform fully customized to all necessary banking operations.
Programming work
We implemented automation of the development processes, taking care of CI/CD Continuous Integration at all stages of programming works.
